Cartier – Specialist Watch Division Administrator

(Fixed term November 2021 until March 2022)

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Provides support to sales administrators and account managers on logistics and product availability
  • Assisting customers with any enquiries they may have relating to Cartier products; namely queries relating to stock positions, prices, availability, product returns and complaints
  • Placing of customer orders on SAP/BOOSTER for all Cartier products including display material and straps
  • Liaising with our Merchandising Department to obtain delivery dates for watches and accessories. Relaying this information to our Watch Specialists clients to enable specific allocation of products
  • Assisting with core range updates and prices changes and to relay such information in advance to the clients

How will you experience success with us?

  • You will be a strong multi-tasker with excellent communication skills
  • You will possess prior experience in a customer facing role, focused on client relationships
  • You will have strong admin skills and attention to details.
  • SAP and/or EDI knowledge preferred
