Based in the heart of Southport's legal community, it operates from prestigious open plan offices. The company is led by a young management team who are keen that staff remain motivated, challenged and engaged with the business' wider goals and objectives. Great client service is of paramount importance in this role, as you will need to meet and exceed customer expectations, build rapport both internally and externally, whilst proactively managing a workload.
Motor Claims Handler duties include:
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Implementing claims processes and working practices.
- Taking notification of new claims from clients and working partners.
- Managing a varied claims workload.
- Managing the client's journey from start to settlement of a claim.
- Providing clients and working partners with regular updates.
- Dealing with inbound third-party queries.
- Obtaining updates from insurers, repairers, hire companies and solicitors.
As full training will be provided, we welcome applications from candidates at all levels, from those who are not within the insurance industry at present, through to seasoned Claims Handlers of many years standing.
There are a variety of shift patterns available, so that you can almost pick your own set hours including early starts and evenings (Monday - Friday, and weekend work if desired).
Ideally, this will role will be based in the office, although there is scope to work from home for exceptional candidates.
