The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with an award winning communications brand!

As a Inbound**Customer Service Advisor** you will be a brand ambassador for our Client, where you will provide an excellent customer experience using your customer service skills!

You will listen, advising, problem solve and showing empathy, whilst identifying areas where you can retain customers by promoting products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls to provide an excellent customer service
  • Listening to customers queries and identifying customer requirements and any areas for additional services
  • Addressing customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved effectively and within timelines
  • Logging call information after each encounter with a new customer
  • Ensuring customers always receive an excellent service and leave the call satisfied with our service
  • Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to ensure you are working in line with individual and company targets

Key Requirements:*

  • Ideally you will have 6 months + customer service skills with an inbound telephone-based role
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Excellent listening skills, showing empathy and patience

  • Identifying customer needs by actively listening and engage customers in products and services that would be
  • more suitable to their requirements
