This role would be ideal for someone with some commercial experience looking to progress their career in IT support.
This role is required to ensure a professional IT Support service is provided to the whole business. You will be expected to provide end management of all software & hardware incidents and service requests by providing remote support by Phone and Email. Tasks will be allocated via a ticketing system, with duties such as remote support via the phone, email, desk side support, and floor walking with project support tasks as required. You will provide 1st line support by incoming Phone and Email & escalate all 2nd level investigative support of all incidents and service requests of all IT systems/services.
