Your new company
Hays Social Care are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable organisation who are expanding within the local area. This organisation are opening a brand new Children's Home based in Harlow, Essex. This home is a 5 bed home, providing support to children and young adults with challenging behaviour.
Your new role
Within this role, you will be responsible for the smooth opening and running of the home. This will involve building positive relationships with both colleagues and residents. You will be required to demonstrate knowledge in management, communication and Ofsted requirements to be successful in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be a kind, compassionate and patient individual who has previous Home Management experience working within a Children's home. You must have proven leadership skills and be able to work under pressure.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have relevant qualifications for this post such as the following:
RMA (Registered Managers Award)
NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management Health and Social Care
Social Work Diploma/Degree
