Are you an experienced and ambitious sales professional, looking to work for a successful company in order to grow your career? You will be making outbound B2B calls from leads provided from the company, both to new and lapsed businesses. Other benefits include contributory pension and private healthcare. This is an exciting time to join this well-established, supportive and growing company in Watford, with excellent ability to progress further. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

You will be:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to businesses
  • Building rapport and long-term working relationships with clients
  • Educating clients to use the service, gaining greater uptake of services
  • Generating opportunities for the sales teams
  • Meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives

The role is fast paced; you will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking to key contacts within businesses over the telephone, building long lasting relationships with them. We are looking for candidates who have the drive and desire to deliver results, selling in a consultative manner.
