Temporary (Full time)
We are currently looking for a temporary Service Advisor to join our client based in Burton Upon Trent. As a Service Advisor you will manage the customers’ expectations to deliver exceptional customer service in all areas relating to customer orders, deliveries, queries and complaints. Providing sales support for the assigned geographical areas. Facilitating internal and external communication.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00am – 17:00pm & Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm
Hourly rate of pay is £
Greeting and acting as the first point of contact for all visitors.
Customer liaison via phone and email dealing with the generic daily customer requirements regarding order amendments, date changes, delivery queries, sales enquiries and pricing of orders.
Inputting of quotes, orders, credits and reports on the Company’s ERP system accurately.
Provide a support service for external Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers.
Dealing with and processing customer complaints in line with the Company’s standard complaints procedure.
Daily liaison with key internal stakeholders including Sales, Accounts and Logistics.
Daily, weekly and monthly management of orders including audits, data cleansing and creation of reports.
Management and conducting of customer surveys, ensuring key themes and patterns are reported and viable solutions explored.
Dealing with product sample requests and arranging delivery where necessary.
Joint responsibility for the housekeeping of the car park and the offices.
To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures which are relevant to both the site and the working environment.
Adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
Any other duties as deemed reasonable by your line manager.
What you need:
Knowledge of what great service looks, sounds and feels like
Strong geographical knowledge
Competent IT user (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Use of an ERP in a previous role
