Maintenance Plumber

Are you are looking for an exciting new role to further your career and build on your knowledge? Then we have the role for you! We are looking to recruit a Mobile Maintenance plumber in Stoke. This role is initially on a contract basis but will lead to more opportunities.

The role

My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber who has knowledge of the maintenance sector and other trades. Some of the day to day tasks you will be carrying out are all the reactive and planned Plumbing repairs, small planned project maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in commercial buildings.

Qualifications and Key Skills

Below are the qualifications that the client are looking for in the right candidate -

NVQ in Plumbing OR City & Guilds equivalent

Must be able to drive

Good attention to detail

Able to work as part of a team and individually

Good time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Repairs in accordance with the current regulations and legislation

Read drawings, and figures to understand layout of water supplies, waste, and venting systems

Management of water management records

Planned and responsive maintenance work around the building.
