Deliver 'person-led' care and support to a wide range of vulnerable people and with complex needs using their ways of working consistently implementing the agreed enablement care and support plans to each individual even when no one is looking
Create positive relationships and opportunities, guaranteeing each person receives personalised enabling support, working in partnership with others
Ensure the assessed needs of the person supported are met by developing; their relationships, daily living skills and greater independence They never discriminate, they are a beautifully diverse team.

- Show passion, commitment, enthusiasm and drive Under 25 years of age is the standard minimum hourly rate, over 25 is currently £9 per hour.
Once training has been completed for over 21's, some services have an additional sleep rate which is an additional payment.

The service has its own secure car park.
A vehicle is beneficial however it's a 10 minute walk from the bus station & 20 minutes from the train station.
Earliest start time could be 8am, latest finish time could be 10pm so please bear this in mind for public transport.
Flexible hours are available but supported living must be covered 24/7 so this must be taken into account as a priority.
