To provide exceptional service for our customers by ensuring products are picked to the required standards and time scales and prepared for delivery and dispatch on time Role measurement: - Pick Rates - Customer Feedback Accountabilities: Customer (internal and external) - Provide excellent service for customers by ensuring products select meet all the required criteria i.e. substitutes, date codes, product quality - Ensure products are pack correctly so the product reaches the customer in the best condition - Ensure store based customer service standards are maintained - Communicate effectively with store colleagues to ensure product availability for all customers Colleague - Work in conjunction with other colleagues and managers to deliver the company's plan - Follow written and verbal instructions Operational - Build and maintain an in depth knowledge of your role and responsibilities - Deliver the company's outlined customer service policy - Follow all cash and product handling policy and procedures - Comply with all policies and procedures in relation to restricted products - Ensure all policies, procedures and legal obligations are followed as specified by the company What it takes to be a Customer Assistant - Home Delivery - Cares about customers and is always helpful - Is a good team player - Offers support to colleagues - Gets the best out of colleagues - Has enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the plan - Is able to work using own initiative Shopkeepers for over 100 years, we love providing our customers with a great shopping experience they won’t find anywhere else.
