Administrator / Account Co-ordinator

Horsforth, Leeds (office based, permanent)

Up to £22,000 per annum + team bonus + 23 days holiday

About the job

You will be given all the support and training you will need to enable you to flourish and really achieve job satisfaction. Your main remit will be to support the sales team, a base of customers and co-ordinate & manage the sales order process. You will be dealing with customers & solving any problems, organising external resource to get the job done and making necessary improvements to ensure our customers have the best service ever!

Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day sales order process

  • Building relationships with customers

  • Writing adverts and other content

  • Building relationships with job boards and posting vacancies

  • Making service and courtesy calls to customers

  • Dealing & resolving IT issues

  • Monitoring and using insights to recommend better return on investment for every vacancy.

  • Data entry and general administration

About you

It is essential that you have previous experience within a busy administration & customer focused role, where you work well under pressure with changing priorities.

You will be commercially aware, with high attention to detail and be able to deliver quality outputs within agreed time scales.

Due to the customer focused nature of the role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to people at all levels.

Good IT skills and a natural ability to pick up new technologies quickly is essential for this role.
