Our client is an information management company with a small European presence who are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient payroll and HR professional to join them and on a full time, permanent basis. This position requires fluency in English and Dutch.

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the people services team in the delivery of an efficient HR & payroll support service.
  • Preparation of payrolls across UK and EMEA regions.
  • Inputting information required to be sent to the 3rd party payroll provider and maintaining a relationship with the payroll vendor.
  • Year end processing including producing benefits and annual statements.
  • Calculating sick pay and family pay.
  • Providing transactional HR services including raising contracts and advising on various HR matters.
  • Supporting on general HR practices and policies.
  • Work to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Create and review job profiles.

In order to be considered for this position you will:

  • Be an experienced payroller - ideally with both UK and EMEA regions.
  • Have strong exposure to HR/people service duties.
  • Be fluent in English and Dutch.
