£35000 - £45000/annum OTE £70k uncapped

Account Manager to manage and nurture a portfolio of clients using ERP & accounting software. You will be an experienced software Account Manager who has looked after clients who run solutions such as accounting, ERP, MRP, dealer management, or property management software, and will have an understanding of their business processes and how the software fits their needs.
It would be ideal if you have come from a software implementation or support background, as you would understand the solutions from a hands-on point of view. You might even be an Implementation Consultant who wants to move into sales, or you may already be a proven Account Manager in the ERP space. You are passionate about business software and helping clients to succeed and you enjoy building long lasting business relationships based on trust. Starting salary to £45k, with private healthcare and your OTE is £70k, but it is completely uncapped and earning potential is great - it's all up to you. In addition, you will be expected to spend a portion of your time nurturing new leads generated by the marketing department.
The role can be fully office based or remote, but you must live in Scotland as virtually all their clients are in central Scotland. They are a very successful IT company who have been in business for around 30 years; their ERP division is around 7 years old, and has built an enviable client base across four different ERP products: this role is to manage their Dynamics NAV, D365 and Business Central customers. They specialise in ERP & accounting software, but the parent company offer a full service covering hardware, infrastructure and networking solutions, so they are a one stop shop. Their growth plans are ambitious and they have over 125 staff, and fabulous offices near Glasgow.
Account Management success with ERP, accounting software, DMS, Field Service Management solutions, Property Management, Housing software, MRP, Construction software or something very similar
Keen to learn the software in depth and become a trusted advisor to your clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
Introduce companion products where applicable
Able and happy to demo the software where necessary, and to do a proportion of new business sourcing
A track record in retaining customers, selling upgrades, bespoke modules, add-ons such as licenses, support and consulting days
Answer customer queries and be the interface between your client and the consultants
Reach targets, and exceed, current target is £40k in margin per month, a fair amount of that is recurring revenueThe package here is excellent, with unlimited earnings potential and the company is vibrant, positive, and professional with a great work ethos.
