Our client is currently looking for an Export Administrator to join their busy team based in West Bromwich!
You will work as part of the export /logistics team ensuring high level of productivity requirements are met and match workload to meet customer guidelines.
You will focus on export documentation and quotations. customer service delivery, with an effective level of internal communication and drive to meet customer's satisfaction.
Duties to include:
Arrange collections with the in-house UK Transport & Sub-contractors.
Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another.
Consolidate and maximise loads to each destination to reduce costs.
Ensure that consignments are both collected and delivered on time
Deal with customer enquiries.
Develop and maintain relationships with both customers and suppliers (existing and new).
Calculate weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.
Regularly monitor and analyse revenue, costs and volume.
Produce profit margin reports for each trailer.
