I am looking to speak experienced IFA Administrators on behalf of my client, a professional independent advisory business who offer bespoke advisory service to high net worth private clients and are looking to further expand their support team in Glasgow

As an IFA Administrator, you shall be working closely with financial planners within a busy team, collating client information, processing new business applications, preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings, get involved in tax analysis, assist in the compiling of financial planning and Investment proposals, as well as liaising with 3rd party stakeholders and managing cases to completion.

This is an exciting prospect for someone working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment providing administrative support that is looking to develop their career in a supporting and friendly working environment and work towards industry qualifications.

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience supporting an adviser directly and ideally already be working towards or have an interest in achieving financial qualifications.

Strong communication and organisation skills are key, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of the Aegon trading platforms and exposure to intelligent office would be beneficial.
