Covid-19 has had a devastating impact on lives, health and the economy. We are seeking people to support this national effort with the common life-saving purpose of recovering our community from this pandemic.

Your new role - Administrator

This administration role is a critical first line customer service role in supporting the NHS Trust throughout the Covid-19 vaccination program. The role will entail welcoming people to the vaccination centres, checking their details and confirming their booking for the vaccination. You will be working as part of a team working shifts of either 9am to , to , 9-3pm or 8-4pm. Shifts are available 7 days per week and you have the flexibility to choose the days you work.

We have availability for work in the following locations:

  • Cambridge
  • Huntingdon
  • St Neots

Free parking is available at all the sites.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have the ability to work as part of a team, be professional, provide excellent customer service, be compassionate towards those entering the vaccination centres who may be nervous. You will be required to show empathy at all times assisting with patient queries on arrival to the centre.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade D or above)
  • DBS (this will be provided)
  • Flexible, adaptable and excellent customer service skills are Essential
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
