The FM & Property Helpdesk Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Helpdesk team, designed to maintain customer/client communication and adherence to client SLA’s. The manager will be expected to implement and police processes designed to create calls to action and improve conversion, promoting a performance culture by creating ownership and accountability across the Helpdesk team.

What to expect:

Leading a team to improve conversion rates
Promoting a performance culture by creating ownership and accountability across the Helpdesk team
Driving and monitoring of adherence to internal and external SLA’s
Driving the team to deal effectively and efficiently with high levels of customer and client communication
Ensuring cross team working to ensure the timely progression of work in progress and ensure minimal client noise
Ensuring the team enters and maintains information of Client portals
Act as the point of escalation for customer/client complaint

Proven experience in a Facilities or Property Management facing environment
Proven leadership and management experience
Good communicator capable of dealing with multiple audiences
Results focused
Commercially aware
Proven track record of developing a performance management culture
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
