An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Help Desk Support agent to join a Microsoft certified partner and provide remote incident support, provisioning and escalation to multiple social care clients throughout the UK.

Role & Responsibilities:

Providing outstanding customer service and help desk support to clients
Asking the right commercial and technical questions in order to identify problems and the appropriate solution
Answering the phone and actioning incoming support emails
Handling multiple support tickets / multiple incoming calls at one time
Working towards client SLA’s
Documenting actions taken

Skills & Experience:

Microsoft Office 365 Admin Experience
Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Pro
Active Directory / Azure AD / Group Policy troubleshooting
Managed Virus and Malware
Routing and Firewalls
Network Switching / WIFI / Remote Network Cabling Trouble shooting
Computer Builds / Imaging / SATA to SSD HD upgrades
Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 troubleshooting (desirable)
Intune / End Point Management (nice to have but not essential)
Commutable distance to Taunton, such asBridgwater, Broadway, Bishops Lydeard, Puriton, Curry Rivel, Exeter, Honiton, Wellington, Broomfield, Buckland St Mary, Weston-Super-Mare, Westonzoyland, Burnham-On-Sea, Highbridge, Bristol, Yeovil, North Petherton, Chard, Axminster, Ilminster, Tiverton, Cullompton, Glastonbury, Westbury, Cheddar etc
