Service Contracts Coordinator
Up to £12.82 per hour
Our Global client based in Weybridge, Surrey require a Service Contract Coordinator to join their busy team for a minimum period of 6 months.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Check and verify incoming service orders Check and release Purchase Orders in SAP Goods receipt following completion of work to allow invoice creation Follow up on information transfer between the company and third party supplier Daily reporting on service activity (new requests, ongoing requests, completed requests) Collation of monthly FGas bank data General support to the Product Management team
Office 365 (mainly Excel), SAP/CRM Able to use initiative, understand a situation and escalate to managers where necessary Able to own the process that this role intakes (involves manual management) Good at data analysis and collation
