Job Summary for the customer service advisor position:
- To provide a high level of service to customers and deliver total customer satisfaction within a quality monitored framework
- To manage customers in a professional and efficient manner, whilst showing empathy
- The role will involve inbound/outbound calls, emails on behalf of clients
- Work to and achieve agreed personal, team and contractual targets
- Working hours are MonFri between 9am 8pm (flexible shifts) and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9.30 12.30.
- Salary: £8.25 per hour working 37.5 hours a week.
Experience of the customer service advisor position:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Ability to understand and refer to business procedures
- Able to communicate clearly and openly and display excellent listening skills at all times
- Proficiency in MS Office and good keying and listening skills
