Are you a B2B Sales Executive with previous delegate or event sales experience (3+ months minimum?) If so this could be the ideal role for you if you are also interested in career progression and keen to actually attend some fantastic B2B sector conferences and events with some of the biggest guest speakers in the market (Names like Richard Branson / Simon Sinek and more!) You will join a fast growing team, based in central London , were looking for ambitious individuals with 12 months experience to join and grow with an inspirational Delegate Sales team. Creative, hardworking and positive, the team focuses on working together to achieve and exceed targets and deliver an exceptional experience. Confident and proactive, youll bring your intelligence, passion and energy to helping to sell opportunities to a range of clients, while learning fast and building the foundations of a remarkable career. Your opportunity: £22,000 basic + commission, paid monthly (OTE £3040K+ /year, but totally uncapped) Flexible working hours early leaving on Fridays Trendy office environment Social team, parties and outings Career progression, into sponsorship sales or another part of the business Attend industry leading events As a Sales Executive, your main role will be to develop and close sales leads from both online enquiries and new business development. You will play a key role in making sure that our customers receive an outstanding experience so you must be a highly customer focused individual with a passion for sales and account management. This exciting role will offer you unrivaled growth as well as exposing you to innovative media brands, market leading conferences and awards and senior level clients. Why you? You are motivated and hungry to work in a sales role, youre confident and enthusiastic to make cold calls as well as robust enough to handle rejections as this will be a part of your role. Insightful and assured, youll enjoy sharing ideas at internal meetings. A true team player, youll be skilled at forging relationships with colleagues. You will need to have a cando attitude and a passion for turning leads into sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
