Anderson Knight is looking for a Customer Service Officer for our client based in Glasgow to work on the post completion mortgage cycle. You will be the first point of contact for existing customers, dealing with enquiries, and providing excellent customer service to all customers.

This is a full time and permanent role which has become available due to growth and expansion. Currently my client is working form home and are going into the office around four times per month.

Duties:

* You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and keeping accurate records of customer details and progress vie telephone

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries on all account queries including amendments, balances, statements etc.

* You will be responsible for referring cases to line management, where appropriate, including agreeing to enquiries / solutions out-with your mandate.

* You will be the liaison with relevant third parties where appropriate when handling inquiries

* Post completion administration to include Redemption, Payments, Deeds, Further Advances, Funds release preparation and Statement production ensuring all stages are processed in a timely and efficient manner

* Liaison with Solicitors in a professional manner

* Using the Land Registry of England & Wales and the Registers of Scotland and conveyancing activities

* You will be required to follow and adhere to relevant procedures within your remit, whilst handling customer queries

* You will be required to actively participate in staff meetings to contribute to the flow of communication within the team and making suggestions to improve processes where applicable

* You will be working to SLA’s

* Ensuring adherence to all appropriate external regulations and legislation

Experience:

* You will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience within the secured lending or mortgage market

* Experience of liaising with third parties

* Experience of the Land Registry of England & Wales and the Registers of Scotland and conveyancing activities

* You will have excellent PC skills including MS Excel and Word
