Job Description:

The role of Warehouse Administrator will sit within a busy and varied warehousing environment; forming an integral part of the workings of the business. Ultimately the role of Warehouse Administrator is to provide administration support to the Warehouse (Courier Team Picking and Despatch Function).

Duties of the Warehouse Administrator:

To ensure all customer orders are dispatched with a sense of urgency and in line with the service type requested to achieve 100% KPI on all express deliveries The Warehouse Administrator will deal with orders on the courier routes confirming all shipment details are correct The Warehouse Administrator will maintain full competency on all courier collection services to ensure a seamless service can be provided during periods of absence The Warehouse Administrator will ensure all shipments are staged and located in the correct area The Warehouse Administrator will ensure all shipments have the correct documentation before dispatching and that all end of day manifests have been sent to the respective courier providers The Warehouse Administrator will liaise with the Sales Department and Shipping Department to ensure the smooth flow of customer orders Investigate discrepancies that have been highlighted by Customer Services and report any findings The Warehouse Administrator will provide solutions to any problems that have arisen to the Courier Team Coordinator and Arrivals and Dispatch Team Leader Carry out the daily booking in of any shipments on the homes market as directed by the Coordinator and Team Leader Provide the Courier Team Coordinator and Arrivals and Dispatch Team Leader with regular updates highlighting any potential KPI failures The Warehouse Administrator shall ensure all shipments leaving outside agreed Custom Zones have the correct documentation and invoiced accordingly Assist Courier Team Coordinator with invoicing where/when required including Month Ends

Candidate Requirements:

Administration within a warehousing or logistics environment Maintaining accurate records/database/reports Resolving queries/complaints within the remit of the role Juggling multiple tasks at the same time and keeping others informed Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Good PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English and ICT Grades 4 9

This role would suit people who have the following experience: Warehouse Administrator; Logistics Administrator; Despatch Administrator.

Hours: Monday Thursday 2:00pm 10:00pm and Friday 1:00pm 8:00pm

Salary: £16,650 per annum
