Senior Advisor - Field Work Help Desk

Would you like to operate at the sharp end of our Smart Metering delivery project, helping to ensure we get our customers upgraded with the latest Smart Meters? All with the aim to manage their energy needs better, minimising consumption and helping the environment.

Working in our Leeds based team consisting of around 30 people, you will receive inbound calls from our engineers with one simple aim. Overcoming any issues to ensure they are able to get their job done, getting the equipment fitted first time and to our customers complete happiness.
Working on weekly rotating shifts, typically 08.00-16.00 but ultimately we cover 07.00 - 19.00 requirements. We also cover Saturdays from 08.00 until lunchtime if you wanted extra hours on occasion.
Key skills and experience
• An outstanding telephone manner ideally from a contact centre environment
• Good written communication for logging and recording internal customer queries, follow-ups and outcomes
• You should be able to operate professionally and swiftly in a busy environment
• You should enjoy working as part of a flexible and goal focused team
• You will really enjoy solving problems
