Project Manager, Global Accounts

Egencia is looking for a Global Project Manager to lead cross functional projects!

This is a customer facing role that requires an individual with project management, organizational and problem solving skills as well as a keen attention to detail. You will work across multiple teams within Egencia including Product Development, Technical Support, Account Management, Service Delivery and Customer Service in order to successfully manage customer projects on time and within scope.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, run and control project schedules and to lead all aspects of the completion of deliverable to schedule, using formal scheduling and project management methodologies

  • Lead the day-to-day details of the project (coordinating with project team members and resource managers as appropriate) including the plan, schedule, resources, task assignments, scope, budget, and risks

  • Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, encouraging open communication within the team on project planning, and execution

  • Maintain project management deliverables including the project plan, project schedule, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs, and any other documentation related to the management and administration of the project

  • Recommend resolutions to issues and conflicts arising out of the project and dependencies to ensure the project timelines are met process at global levels

  • Able to communicate sophisticated and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand via multiple formats, . virtual and in-person

  • Lead cross functional teams to develop internal process that support Strategic Accounts segments and our customers

Who you are:

  • Project/program experience in the IT/Software field

  • Proven and confirmed experience in a professional consulting, e-business, online marketing, or similar environment

  • Experience working with an Online Travel Tool or Agency is preferred

  • PMP Certification is highly desirable

  • Success leading multi-faceted, time sensitive projects

  • Outstanding skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation, training, and presentations

  • Quick adaptation to multi-country/multi-cultural environments & Additional languages highly appreciated

  • Client-Facing experience required
