With an excellent reputation for customer service and a long standing history of supplying lighting, lighting solutions and an array of products to the Utility Industries, Ritelite Systems Ltd is a thriving local business.

Due to internal reorganisation we are looking for a full time purchase ledger clerk that has accounts experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Matching GRNs and Purchase orders to Purchase Ledger invoices, and resolving any differences
  • Reconciling supplier accounts to statements, raising and dealing with suppliers in relation to queries and price differences.
  • Control of all supplier payments
  • Control of all company expenses
  • Involvement in preparing for the annual audit
  • R&D Expense reconciliations and assisting in the preparation of the annual return
  • Providing cover in the absence of other members of the Accounts Office team where training has been given
  • Despatching of all Sales Orders

The ideal candidate will be professional, computer literate, accurate and possess good communication and numeracy skills. They will also have the desire to challenge current processes and think outside the box.

Knowledge of Sage 50 desirable, but not essential

Holiday Entitlement; 22 Days plus Bank Holidays
