Customer Success Manager

About the Position:

This is a client-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, that will play a continued role in the growth of Helpsters business in Indonesia. You'll work closely with the Sales Managers who bring on the new clients, as well as with other departments such as Operations and Finance. As such, we are looking for strong team players who are able to maneuver the clients requests into positive traction for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing your accounts expertly, from the initial on-boarding right through to their growth phase
  • Becoming the trusted and respected business partner for the client
  • Supporting your clients during the good times and the bad times
  • Making every project a winner by being on top of your client requests and fulfilment
  • Facilitating the definition of service levels and customer requirements
  • Collaborating with other teams in the company that are client-facing

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Proven track record in account management / project management role
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A service mindset with a desire to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines
  • Startup experience is a plus
