* German Doner Kebab has been serving fresh, healthy, and nutritious meals featuring doner kebabs. Its goal is nothing less than revolutionising the fast casual restaurant sector, serving amazing food in a warm and comfortable space with quick and friendly service. The company has begun development in the UK and Ireland with the objective of opening 200 restaurants within 5 years. Based in Glasgow, German Doner Kebab UK & Ireland is looking to add to its team.

* Responsible for:

*

* Your role will include overseeing the daily business operations and identifying areas for growth and improvement.

*

* Ensure a smooth, efficient and high service focused operation where the satisfaction of all guests is paramount. We require you to take customer feedback into consideration and implement appropriate suggestions.

* You will also be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to allow the establishment to reach its’ full potential.

* We need you to manage a team of 12/15 employees within the restaurant and display excellent leadership qualities. Maintaining company culture and a positive morale within the establishment is of high importance!

* In addition, you will hire new staff and provide training to all staff to achieve the highest levels of customer service are always delivered.

* Your role will also include planning and coordinating menus, working closely with the head chef to make adjustments/improvements to current dishes and to create new items for the menu.

* Ensure business performance is evaluated and productivity is monitored through gathering, analysing and interpreting data.

* Research and identify growth opportunities. This will allow revenue to be optimized.

* You will have ownership of creating and managing annual budgets.

* 5+ years experience in the restaurant industry
