COMPANY BACKGROUND

Haussmann is a leading pan African commercial Design & Build Company with offices in 7 countries in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Mauritius, South Africa, Nigeria, Ivory Coast) and operational capacities in 10+ countries.

The company aims to become the leading player in the workplace industry in Africa by 2020. To achieve this goal, we rely on geographic expansion and on the development of several new businesses (Corporate working spaces, Office search engine, etc.).

As part of its development, the Company is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager who could be promoted to Commercial Manager if successful.

ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of:

  1. Acquisition: acquiring new strategic accounts by attending network events, cold calling, indirect sales network etc.
  2. Building: building relationships with strategic accounts & pitching the Company various products & service lines
  3. Managing:  managing a portfolio of strategic accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

  6. High growth mentality
  7. Previous experience in a Corporate Real Estate fast growing & cool start-up is a strong plus
  8. Outstanding interpersonal & sales skills
  9. Strong interest for African
  10. 3 -5 years of professional experience in Corporate Real Estate in a leading CRE international player (WeWork, JLL, CBRE, C&W etc.), preferably in a transaction role
  11. MRICS certification is a strong plus
  12. English is a must. French / Portuguese is a strong plus.
