This is a SolePayroll Officer position for a manufacturing firm in St Helens. You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end weekly payroll of roughly 250 employees, assisting with payroll budgets and development plans.

This is a Sole role in the office, this needs to be for setting up starters and be a POC for queries.

200 - 250 staff paid between agency and direct

  • Weekly submission of hours to agencies
  • Overtime/changes in hours
  • Liaising with Managers to check and compare hours
  • Clock in system - setting up new starters
  • High volume of starters and leavers - Administration for this
  • Sage

Desirable

  • End to End
  • Someone who has done weekly payroll
  • Experience of Payroll Systems
