A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager, Nurse qualified to work within a reputable Nursing Home situated in Grantham. The home provides the highest levels of care, 24 hours a day. The home provides person-centred approach to allow the staff to really get to know the people in their care for and understand what's right for them.

You will support the delivery of the quality care across the home. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance.

Personal Specification : The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse; Either RGN or RMN with a Valid NMC PIN. They will also be able to live and work in the UK. Most of all, you will display empathy, compassion and a willingness to provide outstanding care.
