Learner Support Assistant




We require an enthusiastic and experienced member of staff to work within our Learner Support Team. We provide support to students throughout their University studies via a range of front-line, operational and administrative activities. You will be committed to providing first class customer service and be able to work accurately and deal with a wide range of complex information. You will have excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret and deal with a wide range of administrative procedures and regulations and a proven aptitude for telephone work. You will be good at listening to people and at explaining things clearly both in writing and verbally. The team is responsible for the support of students studying Arts & Humanities and for examination provision across the North East and Cumbria and in Continental Europe.Closing date for completed applications: 12 noon 11 December 2014.
