A brilliant opportunity has occurred for a Dutch speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to be involved in a market leading international manufacturing organisation in London! You will be in the forefront of delivering excellent client service across the Dutch market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with B2B clients, internal and external across the Dutch market directly
Managing order management, account management, order fulfilment and product support on the relevant Dutch accounts
Liaising with clients by providing assisting and guidance on the companys products
Working closely and cooperatively with other divisions of the company
For you to be successful in the position, it is essential that you are fluent in Dutch, have a proven background in a Customer Service role or similar.
You will be part of a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to progress within the company. This role is suitable for an experienced Dutch speaking B2B Customer Service who seeks a new challenge and progression within their career.
- Perfect fluency in written and spoken in Dutch
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Solid experience providing business to business customer services, order processing or order fulfilment
- Previous experience working in a customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
- Great team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
