Bi Lingual Client Coordinator
£22000 - £25000 per annum + benefits
Are you a client coordinator with Swedish language? Do you have a record of building strong business relationships ? If so read on The Role Developing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with customers by ensuring regular contact. Preparing and sending emails with information, data and proposals. Calling customers and potential customers to actively listen and gain a clear understanding of their business requirements and opportunities for sales. Recording sales and order information, processing them onto CRM Liaising with othrer dep[artments to check the progress of orders and providing updates Making appropriate calls to remind customers of invoice payment and managing the credit control process for the region. Managing the daily publications and responding to questions via the social media sites. Assisting other departments with translation. Supporting the European Sales team with incoming telephone calls from the Swedish market . Interacting with other teams, especially Finance and Marketing Attending weekly team meetings. Sharing best practice with sales colleagues. Any other duties as may be required from time to time. The Person Energetic, enthusiastic and with the determination to excel. Excellent communication skills Bilingual English/ Swedish language skills . Strong customer service focus and an eye for detail. Calm under pressure, organised and able to meet tight deadlines. Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. Passion and/or knowledge for the action sports industry.
