As a Billing manager you would have full P&L Responsibility of your team and autonomy on business conducted within your Division/Branch.

Your responsibilities will sales, business development, marketing techniques and networkingto attract business from client companies

  • Directing and Managing an effectiveteam & your own Division/Branch

  • Articulating and implementingof the business strategy

  • visiting clients to build anddevelop positive relationships with them

  • developing a good understandingof client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture andenvironment

  • advertising vacancies bydrafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as job boards, socialmedia etc

  • using social media toadvertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

  • headhunting - identifying andapproaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

  • using candidate databases tomatch the right person to the client's vacancy

  • receiving and reviewingapplications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist ofcandidates for the client

  • requesting references andchecking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to theclient

  • briefing the candidate aboutthe responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

  • preparing CVs andcorrespondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants

  • organising interviews forcandidates as requested by the client

  • informing candidates about theresults of their interviews

  • negotiating pay and salaryrates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates

  • offering advice to bothclients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression

  • working towards and exceedingtargets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billedto clients or business leads generated

  • reviewing recruitment policiesto ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Experience Required - Min 3 years experience in Recruitment 3 years +
