Business Development Manager- FMCG Food Concepts Company

£25,000-£28,000 plus package & OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek new sales opportunities for the business and its subsidiary brands - ensuring sales budgets are achieved
  • Maintain and grow sales within existing accounts, by analysing purchasing activity, ensuring compliancy and promoting sales of brands not being purchased.
  • Ensure all sites receive the necessary equipment, training, and support to maximise the Brand offer
  • Support sites with promotions and activities, that positively raises the profile of the Business and its subsidiary brands
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with site managers, Operations Managers and other key stakeholders
  • Accurately report activities and sales figures to all stakeholders

Experienced Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 successful years' sales experience within food service
  • Drive, determination and commitment to get things done
  • Confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possessing the ability to work to own initiative and possessing a hands-on attitude
  • Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships and to have a strong impact on performance within the organisation
  • Track record of new business attainment and constantly hitting new business targets
