Excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join a fun, busy team on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will be to provide professional, confidential, and seamless administrative support and coordination to the HR team, in particular to the payroll, reward and recruitment teams and also the HR Business Partners

  • Job Responsibilities
    • Responsible for all aspects of HR Administration services of the employee life cycle. I.e. Contracts of employment annual salary review, leaver letters, exit interviews, references
    • Help manage HR, recruitment and payroll email accounts dealing directly with enquiries or passing on the relevant specialist where appropriate
    • Assist the reward team with payroll and benefits related tasks in line with the monthly processing calendar ensuring both external and internal deadlines are met
    • Ensure the accurate, efficient and timely running of the UK and international payrolls
    • Prepare and collate accurate, timely and appropriately formatted management information for reporting purposes
    • Contribute to HR and business based projects and initiatives
    • Provide guidance and support to other HR Colleagues

  • Skills required
    • Good technical knowledge covering all aspects of the operational HR function, to enable the successful handling of a broad range of common issues
    • Experience in UK and/ or international payroll administration
    • Logical thinker with excellent communication skills
    • Personal skills required: numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, resilience and tenacity
    • CIPD qualified would be desirable but not essential
