Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join a busy team in Weymouth.
Our client is a large manufacturing site and they are an innovative company who embraces cutting edge technology.

The role
Support customers through the entire customer journey, from beginning to end
Process orders, forms and set up new customer accounts as well as necessary re-scheduling of orders and progress orders and enquiries internally on behalf of customers, keeping the customer informed at every step of the process
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
Liaise with other departments to coordinate work orders and updates accurately and efficiently, ensuring a running commentary is detailed and maintained in the customer database
Adhere to all Health and Safety and Quality policies
Develop relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Support the sales team when required.
Previous experience working in a busy office environment is essential.
Experience in sales administration or customer services.
People skills – you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people on a daily basis.
Be able to multi task and work in a face paced environment.
A friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential.
PC literate – with emphasis on MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and MRP systems.
Genuinely passionate about working with people, customers and colleagues.
You must have a positive can do attitude.
Mon – Thu 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
39 hours per week
