Fabulous opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Registered Nurse to take on the role of Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.
Our stunning new 73-bed home, offers our residents state-of-the-art facilities unrivalled in the area, to include a coffee shop/bar, activities/cinema room, hair and nail salon and libraries on each floor, whilst at the same time providing exceptional standards of care supported by the very latest care planning and nurse-call technology.
The Home is currently seeking a full-time Nurse to take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times. Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence, the post holder will also be expected to offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues, whilst at the same time ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors.
Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy nurses, with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others.
A highly competitive salary of £45,750 pa (based on a 40 hr week - equivalent to £22 p/h) depending on experience awaits the successful candidate, as do excellent opportunities for continuous professional development from an expanding, progressive, supportive employer.
