Our brand new head office, which is currently being built, will be based in Braintree area so we'll be looking for someone keen to move there in the beginning of 2022.
To diagnose and repair, faulty products brought into the CareCo Engineering department. To resolve issues as promptly and according to the company’s priorities.
To Assess products presenting faults in the workshop.
To work within a team to plan daily fixes and distribution of work.
To ensure that the workspace is kept tidy and tools are accounted for.
People and Communication
To record written reports on fixing of products whether stock or customer repairs.
Record photographic evidence is the product is beyond repair to enable Engineering Admin to claim.
Achieve targets in line with KPI’s set by the manager and the department.
Continue to actively take part in external and in-house training.
Systems and procedures.
To understand ordering process, logging claims process and be able to competently use our internal Computer stock system.
To help spot trends with products and faults and report back to senior management.
Health & Safety / Equality and Diversity.
Follow all process and procedures outlined in the health and Safety policy ensuring the health and safety of self, customers, and colleagues.
Practice and promote CareCo’ s equality, Diversity and inclusion policy.
Responsible for the compliance of the General Data protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data protection act 2018 to ensure data security is maintained
