We are currently looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our busy team in Hersham.
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 Per Annum
Based 2 days from our offices in Hersham, Surrey and the other 3 days optional remote working
Sales Office Administrator Duties:
Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are looking for someone with strong administration skills to support our award-winning Sales and Finance teams.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work very closely with the 6-person Sales team, proving daily support across a wide variety of sales admin tasks. As well as assisting the Finance Assistant with several weekly tasks.
Sales Office Administrator Duties:
Customer service renewal management – Liaising with customers to qualify renewals, obtaining, and creating renewal quotes, collating updates from external sales team.
Salesforce CRM Management – Creating and processing opportunities on behalf of the Sales team.
Quote generation for the Sales team using both Salesforce and MS Word proposal templates.
Liaising with partners and distributors to obtain pricing, documentation, and deal reg requirements.
Customer contract management – Drafting MSA’s, NDA’s and service schedules for new and existing customers.
Credit control – providing updated notes to the Financial Controller on a weekly basis.
Transaction data entry onto the Acumatica accounting system, accuracy is essential in this task.
Sales Office Administrator Requirements:
Previous CRM experience is essential, preferably Salesforce but others will be considered.
Some level of understanding in sales margin and GP calculations.
Previous data entry experience is essential, preferably with financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence making video and voice calls to partners and customers.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
A high level of organisation is essential in this role to manage multiple tasks at once.
Comfortable working under pressure with quick turnaround times on tight deadlines.
Administration experience, supporting more than one member of a Sales team is desirable.
