Method Grid is a software solution that enables our clients to structure and assure their services and projects.

Like most start-ups, our story began with a whiteboard, a hoard of board markers and some very smart people. We were fortunate that those people included a successful entrepreneur, a UI developer, a backend developer and a visual designer - everything you need to build a SaaS prototype!

That was in 2018. In March 2021 we were five people strong. Now we're a team of fifteen. By the end of 2021 - having secured significant growth-enabling funding - we'll be a team of more than twenty. Having received great client feedback and wowed investors with our product, now is a great time to join us on our journey.

The Role

We're looking to attract the next generation of IT sales talent. We've taken the decision to invest in 'growing our own' talent, meaning that you'll get the benefit of our structured training and development programme.

In time, your role will be to research and make outbound sales calls to prospects that would benefit from Method Grid's technology platform. With our support, you'll develop3 your style and approach to building relationships quickly.

We see the SDR role as a stepping-stone that you'll progress quickly from. There's a clear structure for you to see how your career will develop. Once you're performing in this role, we won't hold you back.

We can't emphasise the criticality of this role in our growth. You'll be working closely with our CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) to help optimise/accelerate Method Grid's sales effectiveness. You'll be a key player in our expansion.

About You

You'll have a real hunger and motivation to build a career in sales. You'll be looking to join an early-stage SaaS business - and build experience through the journey we're about to go through.

There's lots of classic lines that we could use at this point - being a self-starter, hitting the ground running etc., but it's important that you're not afraid of a challenge! We're planning for significant growth in the rest of 2021 and 2022.

You'll need a passion for technology and feel that you will have a flair for sales - and your style will be consultative and articulate. For the most part, you'll be a customer's first experience of Method Grid and it's vital that you present our business, values and product in a professional manner.

We're offering a generous starting salary of up to £25,000, with a great commission structure that will take your on-target earnings to £33,000, with no cap on how far you can elevate this.
