We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join a brand-new team on a full time, on-going basis. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record within Customer Service/ Administration and experience leading a team to come in and help establish and set up processes and procedures. This is a work from home opportunity. This role is based across the full week (Monday to Friday) and you will be working on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Day to day you will be responsible for line managing a team of administrators and quality checking all their work, conducting 1 to 1s, coaching, assisting with day to day management, alongside helping to developing processes and procedures to ensure the best level of Administration is achieved. You will be happy speaking to customers over the phone and via email/ letter alongside have a proactive approach to work.
The successful candidate will have a track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their experience of leading and coaching. You must have experience in a team leader/ management role previously. You will have strong IT skills, including MS Office, excellent time management and an analytical approach to work. Ideally you will have experience in helping to set up a new team and setting up new processes and procedures.

This role is based working at home but you need to live within working distance of Coventry due to kit collection and occasional office meetings .
