We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet & Plant Administrator to join our team, working Monday to Friday, hours per week.
As our Fleet & Plant Administrator, you will be the first point of contact within Viridor and will ensure that all requests received are actioned in accordance with the stated SLA's. You will manage all company lease queries and maintain all new starter and subsequent annual driver records to include, but not limited to, driving licence checks, MOT, service, and insurance records.
You will support the maintenance of all fleet and plant compliance activities and will ensure the company complies with its legal, environmental, health and safety obligations, within the company's policies and procedures. Producing detailed reports to support compliance will be part of this role, so advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
Maintaining accurate records of all Fleet (Cars and Plant) administration in line with the required company and legal standards, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvements that are compliant with internal and external customer and regulatory body requirements (including company fleet policies and procedures, Home Safe, DVLA, HSE.
Our ideal Fleet & Plant Administrator will have:
Knowledge of computer-based systems including data input, extractions and maintaining accurate data bases and online portals
Resilience and flexibility to complete reporting to tight deadlines
Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate information.
Previous experience in a fleet administration role would be an advantage, although not essential.
