EXPORT CLERK EVESHAM UP TO £30,000 + TRAINING + PROGRESSION Get Recruited are supporting a fantastic familyrun company which is an international brand with an extensive range of awardwinning kitchenware. Working with some of the excellent clients in the UK and worldwide, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative and handson operational duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative and continuously growing sector. The role would suit a motivated, dedicated person who isnt afraid to work in and out the office with the team. EXPORT CLERK RESPONSIBILITES: - Arrange shipments for customers - Completing export clearances - Liaising with overseas offices and transport departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met - Monitor shipments and update tracking information ensuring on time delivery - Processing customer orders and regular liaising with international customers - Act as Liaison between the company and international factories - Monitoring Stock Levels - Reviewing customer accounts and orders against costs and sales tariffs - Make enquiry sales calls to potential clients - Adhering to regulations and security requirements - Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles EXPORT CLERK SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Administrative experience advantageous - Knowledge of shipping and exports is essential - Proven relationship builder - High attention to detail - Driven and determined individual - Excellent customer service/ care skills - Previous B2B/B2C sales experience is an advantage - Competent in MS packages Word, Excel and Outlook - Driving license essential COMPANY BENEFITS: - Up to £30,000 - Full training and progression - Free Parking - Relaxed Dress Code TO APPLY: Shortlisting is taking place imminently so please send your CV in for immediate consideration Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
