Service Desk Analyst

£23000.00 - £25000.00 per annum


Are you currently on the look out for a fast paced Service Desk/ 1st Line Support role?

Perhaps you are passionate about IT and delivering exceptional Customer Service?

Ideally you will already have experience within a Service Desk role, or in dealing with queries through a ticket management system?

Our client based in Slough, Berkshire are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy team on a FullTime permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

1st line support for diagnosing connectivity problems/issues
Logging phone calls and triaging queries using Zendesk
Providing operational support to the business
Order dispatch process
Ensuring M2M SIM provisioning system (SIMPro) is kept uptodate and accurate (despatches, activations, cancellations, suspensions etc)
Liaising with networks to troubleshoot and diagnose faults
Completing network escalations
Managing and supporting dealer/customer relationships
Ad hoc duties as required.


Working fluency in an additional European language (ideally French)
