Spa Operations Manager 5 star hotel Circa £28 31k depending on experience Our client is a stunning 5 star hotel located near Slough in Berkshire. They have a beautiful 18 hole golf course, amazing spa, 3 rosette restaurant, brasserie as well as afternoon teas and cater for lots of weddings and events. They are looking for a Spa Operations Manager to join the breakfast team. Role Description for Spa Operations Manager: - Have experience running a Spa in a 4 or 5 star hotel - Previous management experience including, induction training, rotas, handling complaints, accounts/budgeting, payroll, attending department meetings and running health and safety checks. - Liaising with HR regarding recruitment - Ensure a consistently high standard of treatments and customer service - Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 and have previous spa experience - Maintain the highest standards and have a professional manner with clients and colleagues for a 5 Red Star business - To be knowledgeable in products and treatments used within the Spa - Well presented - There is no accomodation available with this position so you will need a car or bicycle The hotel will provide you with a uniform and meals as well as an extensive benefits package.
