Reference: A3899Description: We are looking for two Quality Assurance Officers to support the work of the University's Central Quality Office. Working within an established team, you will provide advice and support to colleagues across the University and its partners on all matters related to the quality assurance of our provision. You will coordinate the arrangements for a variety of review and approval events, providing guidance on requirements, advising approval and review Panels, preparing accurate reports of meetings and following up actions. You will also be involved in preparations of the University's Higher Education Review in 2015/16.

You will need to possess previous experience of quality assurance in an educational context, preferably within HE. A very high standard of written and oral communication is critical, as are attention to detail, accuracy and excellent time management. You should have a demonstrable ability in building relationships within a team and with other stakeholders inside and outside our organisation.

Please note that the majority of our approval and review events relate to provision in our partner institutions (most of which are in the South West) and you will be required to travel to those venues in order to attend meetings.

These are full-time posts working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2016.

The interview is expected to take place on Thursday 25 September 2014. Successful shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a written skills assessment in addition to an interview.
