We are currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our client based in the outskirts of Ipswich. You will be joining the Sales Ledger Team assisting with invoices and processing data into the finance system.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices.
  • Respond to incoming customer questions and queries.
  • Liaise with other departments and build working relationships.
  • Raise credit notes and payment requests.
  • Additional duties when required.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and a polite, professional telephone manner.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently meeting deadlines, as well as supporting the team.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience within working in a similar environment.
