Our client, a leading pensions consultancy, based in Reading, is currently hiring for a Recruitment Administrator to be the first point of contact for the recruitment team and will support with the end to end recruitment process and onboarding.
Support the end to end recruitment process, including the annual Graduate and Summer Intern recruitment intake. Support the development of Apprenticeship schemes. Monitor the recruitment inbox. Keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and accurate. Proofread job descriptions and job advertisements. Manage advert posting on external job boards. Attending recruitment events and training days. Support with the salary survey / benchmarking process. Assist with the onboarding of all new starters.
Recruitment and/or HR administration experience. (Desirable) Experience of HR systems. (Desirable) Experience of working collaboratively within a team. Administration experience. Demonstrable competence in IT. (confident using Microsoft Office and be comfortable with learning new systems) Excellent interpersonal skills. (with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders)
This is a full time, permanent position working MondayFriday, 09:00 am to 17:30 pm.
